Descubro por casualidad esta iniciativa que desarrollan dos padres Mentxu y Mikel como consecuencia de una rara enfermedad sufrida por un hijo suyo. Lo increíble del asunto es que una vez en tratamiento de su hijo, ellos han decidido llevar a cabo un proyecto no solamente para ayudar a investigar esta enfermedad sino en general enfermedades raras que no se suelen estudiar por falta de medios.
El nivel del proyecto, la difusión en medios y el empuje de esta pareja ha hecho que vayan a organizar un concierto en Durango (Vizcaya) el día 30 de septiembre y 1 de octubre para recaudar fondos. Con artistas de primer orden y un aforo esperado muy importante.
Me descubro ante semejante empuje y capacidad de crear. Me descubro ante esta pareja que va a conseguir sin lugar a dudas más resultados que muchos de nuestros políticos que se supone deberían de encargarse de esto.
Tras haber sufrido personalmente una enfermedad de las denominadas raras hace 8 años, os aseguro me emociona esta iniciativa.

I discover by chance these parents Mentxu and Mikel develop an initiative as a result of a rare illness suffered by their child. The amazing thing is that once your child's treatment, they have decided to carry out a project not only to help investigate the disease but generally rare diseases that are not typically study for lack of funds.
The Project level, the spread in the media and the thrust of this couple has made to organize a concert in Durango (Vizcaya. spain) on September 30 and October 1 to raise funds. With first-class artists and an expected capacity very important.
Hats off to such a drive and ability to create. Hats off to this couple who will undoubtedly get more results than many of our politicians who are supposed to take care of this.
Having personally suffered a rare disease known as 8 years ago, I assure you I am excited about this initiative.

Ayer pude asistir al evento anual EMPRENDE. Se trata de una convención que organiza a emprendedores principalmente de País Vasco. Se presentaron unos 40 proyectos , todos ellos en marcha y en busca de capitales ante la dificultad de encontrar financiación bancaria. Fue realmente impresionante ver , no solamente la cantidad y calidad de proyectos sino la inmensa cantidad de gente que asistió. Se podía ver bullir el empuje empresarial de una zona con amplia tradición en este campo.
Abrió la sesión nuestro amigo Emilio Duró, (http://compartablog.blogspot.com/2011_04_01_archive.html) y volvió a sorprendernos con sus teorías sobre el optimismo. La verdad es que muchos de sus argumentos eran demoledores. Muy recomendable.
Volviendo a los emprendedores , creo que responde a lo que nos planteaba Jordi Pigem (http://compartablog.blogspot.com/2011/06/hay-que-innovar-we-must-innovate.html) como pautas imprescindibles para salir de la crisis. Optimismo, imaginación y no esperar a que una macro corporación te contrate indefinido y te prejubile con 55 años y a vivir.
Ahora las cosas han cambiado. y creo que para siempre. Ahora, hay que moverse, pensar y actuar porque ya no va a estar papá Estado para subvencionarte o contratarte sin exigirte demasiadas responsabilidades. Siento decir que parece que hay consenso en este tema.
Si no estás de acuerdo, lo acepto, pero me gustaría compartir contigo la duda ya que no me gustaría que para cuando te des cuenta sea demasiado tarde.....


Yesterday I went to the annual event EMPRENDE. This is a convention organized by entrepreneurs mainly from the Basque Country in the north of Spain. About 40 projects were submitted, all up and looking for capital due to the difficulty of finding bank loans. It was really impressive to see not only the quantity and quality of projects, but the vast number of people who where there. You could see the entrepreneurial drive in an area with long tradition in this field.
The session began with our friend Emilio Duro (http://compartablog.blogspot.com/2011_04_01_archive.html) and returned to surprise us with his theories on optimism. The truth is that many of their arguments were devastating. Highly recommended.
Returning to the entrepreneurs, I think that deals with the theories of Jordi Pigem (http://compartablog.blogspot.com/2011/06/hay-que-innovar-we-must-innovate.html) as essential guidelines to exit the crisis. Optimism, imagination and not waitting  for an undefined macro corporation hire you for good and giving you an early retirement at 55 and enjoy the rest of your life at homes.
Now things have changed. and I think for good. Now we have to move, think and act because dad State will not grant or give you a job without responsibilities. Sorry to say there seems to be consensus on this issue.
If you disagree, I accept it, but I'd like to share with you the question because I would not like that when you realize is too late .....

Mi amigo Fer me envía esta película que da una explicación o varias a las situaciones de crisis que estamos viviendo. En este tipo de vídeos siempre hay muchas cuestiones sobre las que pensar y otras tantas sobre las que disentir. Bueno yo creo que esto ya se nos ha ido de las manos. Cada vez veo más claro que , o nos ponemos a hacer las cosas en condiciones, trabajando, compartiendo y siendo realmente honestos, o ya estamos viendo que el futuro pinta negro.
Como siempre, para que espabilemos tenemos que estar al límite. Hasta que no veamos peligrar nuestro "estado de bienestar" comercial, no nos movemos.
Ahora, no estamos invitados al baíle, ahora estamos obligados a bailar.

Fer, a friend of mine, sent me this movie giving an explanation or more than one to the crisis we are experiencing. In this video there are always many issues to think about and many others on which we´ll disagree. Well I think it already has gotten out of hand. Every time I see clearer than, or we make things fit, working, sharing and being really honest, or are we already seeing the future looks black.
As usual, we must be to waken up to the limit. Until we see challenge our  commercial "welfare state" , we do not move.
Now, we are not invited to the prom, we are now forced to dance.
