En abril de este año fallece Sai Baba. Un controvertido líder religioso con millones de seguidores en todo el mundo. He investigado algo sobre su persona y me entristece que se repita el perfil típico de lider con dogmas personales y fortuna personal. Transformada su localidad natal en centro hotelero y religioso tipo Meca o Vaticano, y con un gestor de family office que gestiona la fortuna de su fundación.
Os pongo un reportaje de la BBC que describe un poco cómo es su organización.
Dentro del cambio que es está produciendo,desde mi punto de vista,a nivel mundial de intento de cambio sobre el fracasado neocapitalismo, creo que tendríamos que incluir los movimientos religiosos. Y aquí ser selectivos. Creo que en organizaciones religiosas cristianas ,musulmanas,etc   hay un potencial humano extraordinario y un trabajo callado insuperable. Sin embargo hay una élite opulenta que acumula riquezas y domina las cuentas suizas, que tiene que acabar. Es chocante que en casi todo los casos se hable de votos de pobreza y estos votos sólo los cumplan las bases. Aquí también hay que indignarse.
Entiendo que no se puede comparar unas religiones con otras, pero sí creo ver elementos comunes y este tema de la opulencia me entristece ver que es uno de ellos.
Considerándome admirador de miles de personas que aportan ,trabajan y aman alejados totalmente de la posesión material. Mi mirada entristecida e indignada para sus élites.

En una operación a la que fui sometido, tuve una irritación del nervio ciático. El dolor fue tan intenso que me llevó al límite. Al avisar las enfermeras, siguieron el protocolo oficial y en primer lugar me administrarón un calmante leve que ,por supuesto, no me hizo ningún efecto. Tras veinte minutos de un dolor intensísimo, me administraron morfina. En ese instante, el dolor desapareció . Fue increíble, pasar del infierno al cielo en minutos. Esto ocurrió un uno de los mejores hospitales del país ,donde hay libertad legal para suministrar drogas para paliar el dolor.
Qué puede ser para una persona con cáncer , que vive solo en un pueblito en la Russia rural, o en una Village de la India.
Este reportaje nos cuenta cómo son estas situaciones en países donde,probablemente por motivos estrictamente económicos , sustancias como la morfina son ilegales y por tanto no son accesibles para enfermos terminales que se deshacen en dolor. Un dolor desgarrador, por el día , por la tarde, por la noche. Hoy ,mañana, pasado mañana y así hasta su muerte.

Muchos de los problemas que tenemos en la sociedad provienen de infancias desgraciadas. Esto aparece frecuentemente en nuestra sociedad del primer mundo, donde nuestros traumas rigen nuestras vidas. Traumas que se han gestado en nuestra etapa más tierna.
La foto en el tercer sector es , como imaginaréis , demoledora. La violencia, el abandono, los abusos de todo tipo acompañan los momentos más tiernos de miles de niños. De niños como nosotros. He visto casos de niños que no saben hablar correctamente, simplemente porque nadie les ha tenido en cuenta y no han jugado con otros niños. Es un DRAMA con mayúsculas.
Como dice un amigo mío, "es lo que hay..." sí pero , si desde el espíritu comparta podemos aportar para que esto no se produzca habremos entendido de verdad qué es compartir. La gran pregunta es cómo hago algo.cómo se hace.
Esta asociación hace un trabajo buenísimo para la protección del menor. ES muy interesante cómo lo enfocan y los logros que consiguen. Os recomiendo que le echéis un vistazo a su revista.
Bueno, unos que han decidido cambiar el mundo. Ah , por cierto, no están en ningún país subdesarrollado (económicamente). Están en San Sebastián.

Este concepto indio está muy relacionado con lo que que comentamos sobre el Repair manifesto ( http://compartablog.blogspot.com/2010/10/repair-manifesto-opposes-throwaway.html). La historia va sobre utilizar el ingenio para arreglar cosas que ya no funcionan o simplemente crear utensilios con restos que tengamos alrededor.
Se dice que en ¨China se compran las cosas y sin embargo en La India las ingenian. Ya que en la actualidad es difícil que nos arreglen las cosas cuando se estropeen  , tendremos que aprender a hacerlo en casa.
En cualquier caso el mensaje es , hay que utilizar lo que tenemos hasta que realmente no se pueda usar más y , en ese momento, intentar arreglarlo.
Es el opuesto a las tiendas de ropa barata.
Hay que consumir, pero lo necesario. no lo superfluo.

Supongo que descubrir a estas alturas a David del Ser no es nada extraordinario. Pero sí el encontrar una nueva idea de emprendimiento para el tercer sector. Una nueva idea de alguien preparado,capaz, con acceso a capitales y haciendo las cosas con calidad. No hay tiempo que perder, sino ideas nuevas que provoque un desarrollo sostenible.
