Tengo la alegría de recibir un mail de Vicky Sherpa anunciando el lanzamiento de una película sobre su vida dirigida por Itziar Bollain. Ya hemos hablado varias veces de Vicky y del trabajo incomensurable que lleva años desarrollando en India. Se trata de una de las personas más increíbles que he podido encontrar en mi búsqueda por ejemplos trasnformadores e inspiradores en el mundo. Me alegra que se haga una película sobre su vida porque esto ayudará a dar a conocer su obra. Creo firmemente que es una de las personas más importantes del siglo XXI. No os perdáis la peli, ni dejéis de investigar sobre ella. Yo me hice socio de Eduqual hace años y da gusto ver cómo se gestiona y el valor con el que Vicky lucha en una sociedad como la india donde una mujer queda muy relegada en todos los planos.

This is one of the most amazing that I could find in my search for examples of people transforming and inspiring in the world. Unas líneas para desearos que paséis unas buenas fiestas, porque son momentos de familia y de compartir.
Llevamos ya no sé cuantos posts y cada vez somos más en la comunidad comparta y esto es buena noticia. Da gusto ver cuánta gente se preocupa por el reparto de la riqueza, la sostenibilidad y el bienestar personal.
Como vimos el año pasado, estas son fechas de consumo  y de celebraciones paganas al abrigo de hitos religiosos. Pero si sabemos mirar, también son momentos en los que podemos aportar mucho a nuestro entorno familiar. Y yo creo que va de eso.
Qué gozada poder compartir en esta navidad. Pues eso, ahora que ya sabemos que compartir alegra a los corazones y nos hace más felices, a disfrutar compartiendo.

Historias como la que encuentro este artículo del periódico El País ya son viejas conocidas. Lo que es realmente nuevo y esperanzador es que en lo más oculto del sufrimiento, en lo más indefenso del ser humano en el pozo de la humillación, incluso desde ahí nace un movimiento de rebelión.  Hasta niñas que son violadas sistemáticamente han conseguido ,por lo menos, alzar su voz. Esto, desde mi punto de vista es una heroicidad digna de salir en primera plana y de arrastrar masas de seguidores. La realidad es muy diferente, pero en cualquier caso aquí descubro que personas como Chanchala Mondal sí consiguen cambiar estas situaciones. acordaros de Vicky Sherpa  Estas personas no son grandes políticos, empresarios ,etc.. son personas con una convicción inquebrantable. Una convicción de que sí se puede cambiar. A mí me emociona.
Voy a ponerme en contacto con ellos para ver posibles vías de colaboración. Os comentaré más adelante.
Esta gente tiene que saber que su esfuerzo tiene apoyo.

I find stories like this article at the newspaper El País are old acquaintances. Sin duda tiene relación con la idea de dependecia de los medios. Esto me preocupa especialmente. Veo como una gran mayoría de gente que me rodea , tiende a no comunicarse diretamente, y ser especialmente comunciativo vía movil, ipad etc.... Betsy Sparrow nos cuenta un efecto de esta nueva situación. Pérdidas de memoria de personas que saben que google está ahí para solucionar sus dudas. Siempre contectado no hay problema.
No sé qué os parece, pero entre estudiar la lista de los Reyes Godos de memoria, y no memorizar nada porque estás cubierto, creo que hay un avismo....
Os lanzo otra señal de alerta. Dejad los móviles ,iphones etc..... . Utilizadlos sólamente como un teléfono, nada más. Crees que es imprescindible saber la localización vía GPS del sitio donde estás??!!......
No es broma. Esto es un problema muy serio.

Gracias a Jose A. , que me envía información acerca de anonymous. Os acordaías del post sobre THE HAARP. Este Grupo anonimo está plantando cara a los líderes ocultos que gestionan nuestro mundo, nuestra comida, nuestras enfermedades, nuestras guerras.... etc. Y esta vez creo que habrá que tenerles en cuenta porque , el mundo ha cambiado. Un ejemplo más del cambio que estamos viviendo y de la orientación vital hacia la que nos dirigimos. Gaia Education es un proyecto americano de formación basada en criterios de desarrollo sostenible. Es uno de esos ejemplos que tenemos que tener en cuenta. En su presentación Joan Mele (http://compartablog.blogspot.com/2011/10/miedomentiraodio-fearlies-hate.html) , como coincidimos en Self Institute (http://compartablog.blogspot.com/2011/11/escuela-de-la-vida-school-of-living.html, como en tantos otros foros, no podemos esperar a que un líder nos lleva adelante, o que un Estado modifique el sistema educativo. Son tiempos de actuar, son tiempos de compartir ideas y de llevarlas adelante. Por este motivo entiendo que si queremos que nuestros hijos sean sostenibles y tengan criterios ecológicos tenemos que movernos nosotros y ya. Es nuestra responsabilidad como padres, (y los que no lo sean, en su función de tíos, amigos etc...) el transmitir conceptos claros en este sentido.
No podemos esperar a que proyectos como GAIA nos solucionen el tema. Estoy convencido que va a haber iniciativas de este tipo en España en breve. Mientras tanto , si os parece, echadle un vistazo. Es muy bueno.

It is one of those examples that we have to consider. Mi amigo Andrei (http://compartablog.blogspot.com/2011/11/no-te-lo-pierdas-dont-miss-it.html) me cuenta sobre la blue economy. He tenido la inmensa suerte de conocer a una de esas pocas personas que te cruzas en la vida que te emocionan. Nos ha enseñado la esencia del Yoga y de la Vida. Aunque , siguiendo sus palabras, él sólo ha sido nuestro espejo. Nada más.
Lo que hemos visto compartiendo con el sesiones de yoga, es simplemente lo que tenemos dentro. Algún día puede que escriba un post sobre esta experiencia, pero ahora no es el momento. ahora es el tiempo de comenzar el aprendizaje.
Andrei, como decía, me habla de blue economy. Algo así como entender que el ser humano es la única especie que genera desperdicios, y que esto no puede ser más tolerado. No podemos tener tanta cantidad de  bienes y tanto desperdicio mientras tenemos iguales que se mueren de hambre. (Ah me recuerda a Ubuntu, os  suena , no?). Me cuenta que el referente es Gunter Pauli. No os lo perdáis.

ESCUELA DE LA VIDA / THE SCHOOL OF LIVING

Mi amigo Marcos me propuso participar en una taller de cuatro sesiones sobre la intuición , dentro de Self Institute. Se trata de un instituto donde desarrollan programas encaminados a un cambio personal orientado a la realización plena. Es una "escuela de la vida". El taller en el que participé se centraba sobre la gestión de la intuición. Para mí fue realmente sorprendente porque se establecía un espacio de diálogo donde se planteaban temas abiertamente y se intercambiaban puntos de vista realmente interesantes. Por un lado el grupo que participaba  era en sí interesante, por otro Marcos, junto con Javier y María acompañaban y guiaban al grupo sobre los distintos temas que se trataban.
Fue una experiencia muy recomendable ya que no hay muchos espacios donde poder compartir experiencias de esta forma. Estoy muy contento de haber participado y os animo a que veáis las distintas actividades que ofrecen. Como coincidimos, hemos pasado la era de los gurús,  y entramos en la era del trabajo grupal.
Gracias Marcos y Javier por permitirme y animarme a participar. Ha sido una gozada.

My friend Marcos invited me to participate in a four-session workshop on intuition within Self Institute. This is a school where they develop programs for personal change-oriented to fulfillment. It is a "school of life." The workshop I attended  was focused on the management of intuition. For me it was really amazing because it provided a space for dialogue where they raised issues openly and exchanged views really interesting.On the one hand the group involved was interesting in itself, in another frame, along with Javier and Maria accompanied and guided the group on the various topics covered.
It was a very recommended because there are not many places where you can share experiences in this way. I'm very glad I participated and I encourage you to see the different activities offered. As agreed, we have passed the age of gurus, and we entered the age of group work.

Tengo la inmensa suerte de tener un amigo, Miguel, que además de tener una sensibilidad fuera de serie, tiene la capacidad de gestionar lo difícil, por difícil que sea, y congregar a uno de los mejores yogis del momento y traerlo a Bilbao; Andrei Ram. Yo le he visto dar clase en Formentera y , realmente, es excepcional.
No es una clase más de Yoga, es una oportunidad de vivir el Yoga más profundo. Os animo a que , los que tengáis la posibilidad ,independientemente del nivel que tengais (el mío es cercano a cero....)  no dejéis pasar la oportunidad única de poder compartir una master class con Andrei. Yo me he apuntado.
Desde mi admiración a Miguel por esta organización, y por otras muchas cosas.

Hoy toca una canción del maestro Pedro Guerra. Maestro por su talento y maestro por su sensibilidad hacia los menos favorecidos. Le acompaña Julieta Venegas que también apoya cualquier iniciativa en este aspecto. 

Me gustaría que al ver la canción intentemos reflexionar. Intentemos , de nuevo, volver a pensar qué es lo que estamos haciendo. Nosotros , nosotros mismos. Sin culpar a los entes nacionales responsables de la pobreza, sin culpar a las multinacionales ni a nada más. Simplemente mirándonos a nosotros mismos.

Vale, si la respuesta es nada o casi nada, me alegra poder decir que hay muchas oportunidades, cada vez más y cada vez de mejor calidad. Mi amigo Seve me cuenta sobre la Resilencia. Algo así como la actitud que tomamos ante las adversidades de la vida. Supongo que en momentos como el que vivimos puede ser interesante investigar acerca de la gestión de las adversidades.
Advierto que me enfrento a campos del saber a los cuales no me atrevo ni a entrar. Pero creo que sí es bueno que cada uno, en su contexto, investige sobre la gestión de los momentos duros que vivimos.
También mi amiga Itziar me sugiere que investige sobre la gestión de duelo. Confieso que voy poco a poco porque hay tanta información que digerir que personalmente he optado por tomármelo con tranquilidad. Pero siempre alerta.

El pasado jueves tuve la oportunidad de asistir a una presentación de Joan Mele y de charlar un rato con él. Desde luego, es difícil encontrar gente con las ideas tan claras y con un compromiso tan profundo con el ser humano. Según nos contó, pasó muchos años de su vida trabajando en banca, hasta que a muy poco tiempo de la jubilación se embarcó en un proyecto de banca ética. Atención al detalle, renunció a una prejubilación porque entendía que no es razonable pagar a alguien por no trabajar. Cuantas personas hay en España prejubiladas?.  El plantea que en la sociedad actual estamos dominados por el MIEDO, un medio afilado que nos bloquea y no nos deja salir las pautas oficiales. Tenemos miedo de plantarnos cosas nuevas, de ser vistos como raros. Y esto es muy grave, porque hay mucha gente que vive y va a seguir viviendo una vida que aborrece. También plantea que estamos dominados por la MENTIRA. Y es verdad. Ahora vemos en televisión gente mintiendo constantemente, políticos, tertulianos, etc... Incluso, está bien visto cuando un futbolistas se tira al suelo simulando y provoca un penalty.... Por último nos habla del ODIO, y me parece muy claro la tendencia que , de entrada, a rechazar al desconocido. Especialmente al diferente. Este problema de inmigración por ejemplo es vergonzoso. Recuerdo que comenté con una persona que, decía que los inmigrantes venían a "chupar del bote", que viese el vídeo de arcadi oliveres (http://compartablog.blogspot.com/2011/02/entender-la-migracion-understanding.html) donde demuestra con datos macro oficiales, que la inmigración tiene un saldo neto positivo en España, es decir aportan más de lo que gastan. Este persona no quiso ver el vídeo, no quiso tener si quiera otra visión de la inmigración.

Es el MIEDO, que nos paraliza, la MENTIRA  que nos gobierna, y el ODIO que nos separa los que están dominando nuestra sociedad. Joan Mele, también comentó que el cambio sí es posible, que lo tenemos que hacer cada uno. Y yo me apunto, intentaré no mentir incluso en las cosas más simples, voy a intentar ser valiente y llevar adelante ideas nuevas, y voy a intentar dar una oportunidad a los que son y piensan diferentes. Yo estoy decidido.

Descubro por casualidad esta iniciativa que desarrollan dos padres Mentxu y Mikel como consecuencia de una rara enfermedad sufrida por un hijo suyo. Lo increíble del asunto es que una vez en tratamiento de su hijo, ellos han decidido llevar a cabo un proyecto no solamente para ayudar a investigar esta enfermedad sino en general enfermedades raras que no se suelen estudiar por falta de medios.
El nivel del proyecto, la difusión en medios y el empuje de esta pareja ha hecho que vayan a organizar un concierto en Durango (Vizcaya) el día 30 de septiembre y 1 de octubre para recaudar fondos. Con artistas de primer orden y un aforo esperado muy importante.
Me descubro ante semejante empuje y capacidad de crear. Me descubro ante esta pareja que va a conseguir sin lugar a dudas más resultados que muchos de nuestros políticos que se supone deberían de encargarse de esto.
Tras haber sufrido personalmente una enfermedad de las denominadas raras hace 8 años, os aseguro me emociona esta iniciativa.

Ayer pude asistir al evento anual EMPRENDE. Se trata de una convención que organiza a emprendedores principalmente de País Vasco. Se presentaron unos 40 proyectos , todos ellos en marcha y en busca de capitales ante la dificultad de encontrar financiación bancaria. Fue realmente impresionante ver , no solamente la cantidad y calidad de proyectos sino la inmensa cantidad de gente que asistió. Se podía ver bullir el empuje empresarial de una zona con amplia tradición en este campo.
Abrió la sesión nuestro amigo Emilio Duró, (http://compartablog.blogspot.com/2011_04_01_archive.html) y volvió a sorprendernos con sus teorías sobre el optimismo. La verdad es que muchos de sus argumentos eran demoledores. Muy recomendable.
Volviendo a los emprendedores , creo que responde a lo que nos planteaba Jordi Pigem (http://compartablog.blogspot.com/2011/06/hay-que-innovar-we-must-innovate.html) como pautas imprescindibles para salir de la crisis. Optimismo, imaginación y no esperar a que una macro corporación te contrate indefinido y te prejubile con 55 años y a vivir.
Ahora las cosas han cambiado. y creo que para siempre. Ahora, hay que moverse, pensar y actuar porque ya no va a estar papá Estado para subvencionarte o contratarte sin exigirte demasiadas responsabilidades. Siento decir que parece que hay consenso en este tema.
Si no estás de acuerdo, lo acepto, pero me gustaría compartir contigo la duda ya que no me gustaría que para cuando te des cuenta sea demasiado tarde.....


Yesterday I went to the annual event EMPRENDE. This is a convention organized by entrepreneurs mainly from the Basque Country in the north of Spain. About 40 projects were submitted, all up and looking for capital due to the difficulty of finding bank loans. It was really impressive to see not only the quantity and quality of projects, but the vast number of people who where there. You could see the entrepreneurial drive in an area with long tradition in this field.
The session began with our friend Emilio Duro (http://compartablog.blogspot.com/2011_04_01_archive.html) and returned to surprise us with his theories on optimism. The truth is that many of their arguments were devastating. Highly recommended.
Returning to the entrepreneurs, I think that deals with the theories of Jordi Pigem (http://compartablog.blogspot.com/2011/06/hay-que-innovar-we-must-innovate.html) as essential guidelines to exit the crisis. Optimism, imagination and not waitting  for an undefined macro corporation hire you for good and giving you an early retirement at 55 and enjoy the rest of your life at homes.
Now things have changed. and I think for good. Now we have to move, think and act because dad State will not grant or give you a job without responsibilities. Sorry to say there seems to be consensus on this issue.
If you disagree, I accept it, but I'd like to share with you the question because I would not like that when you realize is too late .....

Cada vez veo más claro que , o nos ponemos a hacer las cosas en condiciones, trabajando, compartiendo y siendo realmente honestos, o ya estamos viendo que el futuro pinta negro.
Como siempre, para que espabilemos tenemos que estar al límite. Hasta que no veamos peligrar nuestro "estado de bienestar" comercial, no nos movemos.

En abril de este año fallece Sai Baba. Un controvertido líder religioso con millones de seguidores en todo el mundo. He investigado algo sobre su persona y me entristece que se repita el perfil típico de lider con dogmas personales y fortuna personal. Os pongo un reportaje de la BBC que describe un poco cómo es su organización.
Dentro del cambio que es está produciendo,desde mi punto de vista,a nivel mundial de intento de cambio sobre el fracasado neocapitalismo, creo que tendríamos que incluir los movimientos religiosos. Y aquí ser selectivos. Creo que en organizaciones religiosas cristianas ,musulmanas,etc   hay un potencial humano extraordinario y un trabajo callado insuperable. Sin embargo hay una élite opulenta que acumula riquezas y domina las cuentas suizas, que tiene que acabar. Es chocante que en casi todo los casos se hable de votos de pobreza y estos votos sólo los cumplan las bases. Aquí también hay que indignarse.
Entiendo que no se puede comparar unas religiones con otras, pero sí creo ver elementos comunes y este tema de la opulencia me entristece ver que es uno de ellos.
Considerándome admirador de miles de personas que aportan ,trabajan y aman alejados totalmente de la posesión material. Mi mirada entristecida e indignada para sus élites.

Muchos de los problemas que tenemos en la sociedad provienen de infancias desgraciadas. Esto aparece frecuentemente en nuestra sociedad del primer mundo, donde nuestros traumas rigen nuestras vidas. Traumas que se han gestado en nuestra etapa más tierna.

Como dice un amigo mío, "es lo que hay..." sí pero , si desde el espíritu comparta podemos aportar para que esto no se produzca habremos entendido de verdad qué es compartir. La gran pregunta es cómo hago algo.cómo se hace.

Una alerta sobre el sueño. Después de unos diez años he conseguido dormir del tirón . Y esto me ha costado una reeducación sobre mis patrones de conducta de cara al sueño. Cambios en la alimentación en las cenas, quitar el despertador enchufado cercano a la cabeza y utilizar una radio (que es mi pequeño vicio) que se apaga al cabo de un rato, para dormir, ...
En silencio.
Esto es un tema que yo creo es de vital importancia y que tenemos que aprender y después enseñar a nuestros hijos.Vivimos en la sociedad Ipad y en todo momento tenemos que estar conectados y recibiendo información , la cuestión es, cuánto nos está afectando. y sobretodo cuánto está afectando a nuestro descanso, a nuestro sueño. O la historia es que acabemos como los pollitos en los criaderos industriales , con un bombilla , y produciendo .... bueno esto es un poco exagerado, pero visto lo visto empieza a preocupar.
Lo dicho, vamos a reflexionar si sabemos gestionar por un lado el silencio  y por otro nuestro descanso.
Esto no es un tema trivial, esto es muy importante.
Yo, después de 10 años, ya duermo del tin.

Tuve la inmesa suerte de que mis amigos Marcos y Javier me animasen a ir a Eutokia. Jordi Pigem , que es un   profesor universitario, filósofo y escritor estuvo el pasado jueves comentando su nuevo libro GPS. Eutokia es un lugar en Bilbao fruto de la iniciativa privada y del apoyo del ayuntamiento donde se trabaja sobre la innovación social. Lleva unos meses en marcha y promete ser un núcleo de referencia en el ámbito de lo social.
Jordi Pigem es una de esas personas que desbordan inteligencia y que comparten desde la humildad sus puntos de vista de la situación económico social cultural que estamos viviendo. La sensación fue increíble. Estaba hablando desde una perspectiva muy parecida a la de Cecile Andrews,(http://compartablog.blogspot.com/2010/08/less-is-more.html ), Carlo Honoré (http://compartablog.blogspot.com/2010/08/be-slow.html ) o Paul Hawken (http://compartablog.blogspot.com/2010/08/movimiento-en-marcha-somethings.html ). Cómo es posible que tanta gente , con tanto nivel intelectual esté hablando de lo mismo. Cómo es posible que haya acampadas en las plazas de las ciudades españolas pidiendo lo mismo. Cómo es posible que la gente que estábamos asistiendo a está presentación tuviésemos preguntas muy en la misma línea.
Si habéis visto este blog desde sus inicios, habréis comprobado que es precisamente este movimiento invisible  muy potente , constante y desde mi punto de vista , imparable ,  el que ha dado vida a los posts que han ido surgiendo y a muchos de los comentarios. También a muchos de los mails que me llegan.
Bueno, pues, buenas noticias. SOMOS MUCHOS!!!!!
Y además somos gentes de todo tipo , de todas las ideologías, nacionalidades ,sexos, culturas (acordaros de UBUNTU , o de BINTA (http://compartablog.blogspot.com/2011/03/binta.html ) . pero con un objetivo común que , por primera vez en la historia reciente no está enmarcado en idelogías políticas o religiosas. Simplemente se trata de la búsqueda de una vida más feliz, más responsable y más compartida, y  un respeto y preocupación por el medio ambiente y el consumo de recursos.
La charla de Jordi Pigem, para mí fue muy interesante.
Os animo a que investigéis sobre él , que leáis sus libros y que lo compartáis.
A mí me ha emocionado.

 I´ve been really lucky that my friends Marcos and Javier encouraged me to go to Eutokia. Jordi Pigem, a university professor, philosopher and writer on Thursday was discussing his new book GPS. Eutokia in Bilbao is a result of private initiative and support of the municipality where work on social innovation. Take a few months up and promise to be a core reference in the social sphere.
Jordi Pigem is one of those people that go beyond sharing intelligence and humility from their point of view of cultural social and economic situation we are living. The feeling was incredible. He was speaking from a perspective very similar to that of Cecile Andrews (http://compartablog.blogspot.com/2010/08/less-is-more.html), Carlo Honoré (http://compartablog.blogspot.com/ 2010/08/be-slow.html) and Paul Hawken (http://compartablog.blogspot.com/2010/08/movimiento-en-marcha-somethings.html).How is it that so many people with both intellectual level is talking about it. How can you have camped in the streets of Spanish cities asking the same thing. How is it possible that people who were attending this presentation had questions very much in the same line.
If you have seen this blog from the beginning, you will have proven that it is this very powerful invisible movement, steady and from my point of view, unstoppable, is what has given life to the posts that have emerged and many of the comments. Also many of the mails I receive.
Well, good news. WE ARE A LOT OF PEOPLE !!!!!
And we are people of all kinds, of all persuasions, nationalities, genders, cultures (remember to UBUNTU, or BintA (http://compartablog.blogspot.com/2011/03/binta.html). But with a purpose common for the first time in recent history is not framed in political or religious ideas. It is simply the search for a happier, more responsible and shared life

No es cuestión de ver conspiraciones por todas partes, pero el tema de las chemtrails o fumigaciones químicas está cogiendo bastante verosimilitud. Da bastante miedo, como el proyecto Haarp que vimos(http://compartablog.blogspot.com/2011/04/haarp.html).La historia es que en principio ya está desarrollado sistemas para influir en el clima y en yo qué sé más cosas a través de la fumigación de nanopartículas en el aire. Y esto sí que es bastante preocupante porque es posible que nos estén fumigando con regularidad y quién sabe qué provocando. Cuando vemos el paso de un avión que deja estela, si esta estela dura más de unos minutos quiere decir que no es el rastro que deja el vapor de agua o contrails, sino que es el rastro de algún producto químico.
Puede esto explicar los desajustes climáticos que estamos sufriendo?' ha llovido tanto en el sur de España como en el último año?? ha habido tantas inundaciones??
Bueno, dejo ahí la pregunta.
pd. estaré una semana fuera ,así que no colgaré posts hasta entonces.

Not a question of seeing conspiracies everywhere, but the issue of chemtrails or chemical spraying is taking quite implausible. Pretty scary, as we saw the HAARP project (http://compartablog.blogspot.com/2011/04/haarp.html). The story is that are already developed systems to influence the climate and I do not know for whatelse through fumigation of nanoparticles in the air. And this really worrying because we may be fumigated regularly and who knows what causing it.When we see the passage of a plane that leaves trail, if the trail is longer than some minutes means that there is no the trail left by the water vapor contrails, but rather the trace of a chemical.
Could this explain the unsettled climate that we are suffering? "is it normal so much rainin southern Spain and in the last year? have been so many floods?
Well, I leave the question there.

Estuve disfrutando de una conferencia en el palacio Euskalduna de Bilbao. A cargo de Alex Cruz,CEO de Vueling. Estaba enmarcada en un encuentro internacional sobre el momento WEB en que vivimos y lo que nos viene. Creo que muchos coincidimos en que la cantidad y la velocidad de cambios a los que nos estamos y vamos a ser sometidos tienen que hacernos pensar en que un cambio ha llegado. Un cambio de estilo de vida, un cambio de forma de hacer negocios , de comunicarse etc.
Alex Cruz nos cuenta las necesidades que un línea aérea tiene en relación con la technología y la imperiosa necesidad que tienen para estar acordes con las necesidades de sus clientes. Es increíble la capacidad de sorpresa que tiene que tener este ejecutivo y su sensibilidad a la innovación. Fue muy interesante cómo su capacidad de creación de nuevas ideas se presentaba sobre un foro de desarrolladores informáticos ábidos de escuchar sus necesidades.
Durante la conferencia les sugirió que les podían enviar mails con ideas para poder trabajar sobre ellas. Para cuando terminó la conferencia tenía ya 18 mensajes para poder comentar ideas para desarrollar.
También , durante la charla se iban proyectando mensajes instatáneos de personas que estaban en el público o que estaban viendo la conferencia on line a través de internet.
Realmente estamos en un mundo nuevo. El que no lo vea, no va a tener tiempo a reaccionar. La parte buena es que ahora tenemos unas herramientas potentísimas para compartir.
Vamos a usarlas.

I was enjoying a conference in Bilbao, Spain. Led by Alex Cruz, CEO of Vueling. Was framed in an international meeting on the WEB we live in and what comes. I  agree on the amount and speed of changes that we are and we will be subjected must make us think that a change has come. A lifestyle change, a change of way of doing business, communicating etc.
Alex Cruz talked about what an  airline needs regarding the Technology and the urgency they have to be consistent with the needs of its customers. It's amazing his ability to surprise as an executive and its sensitivity to innovation. It was very interesting how their ability to create new ideas presented on a computer developer forum angryly to listen to his needs.
During the conference suggested that they could send him emails with ideas to work on them. By the end the conference he had 18 messages in order to share ideas to develop.
Also during the talk were projecting Message of people who were in the public or they were watching the conference online via the Internet.
We're really in a new world. Those who fail to see, will not have time to react. The good part is that now we have some very powerful tools to share.
We will use them.

La publicación del informe 2010 de Human Rights watch engloba una visión de los diferentes escenarios de inexistencia de derechos humanos en el mundo. Creo que es un buen punto de partida para interesarnos y poder investigar sobre los diferentes conflictos. A mí personalmente me desborda. No consigo tener consciencia de la magnitud de la situación. Millones de personas, millones. Millones de mujeres secuestradas, violadas sistemáticamente. Millones de niños forzados a trabajar, hambrientos. Son millones.
Si véis alguno de estos conflictos os daréis cuenta que el patrón es muy similar en la mayoría de ellos. Dictador, desigualdad social,instituciones inoperantes, policía corrupta ,etc.. En algunos casos, siempre que haya alguna matería prima interesante, con un país del primer mundo nutriendo a la élite económica del país, o manteniendo guerras con el objetivo de conseguir el comercio de esa materia prima.

Es desolador. La pregunta que me viene a la cabeza es la de siempre. Qué puedo hacer yo? Yo creo que por un lado hay que interesarse, aprovechar internet para conocer qué está pasando.y por otro indignarse! como dice nuestro amigo  Stéphane Hessel (http://compartablog.blogspot.com/2011/02/indignez-vous.html) .

Estoy convencido que estos dos pasos nos ponen en predisposición para encontrar maneras de aportar. Quizás colaborando con organizaciones internacionales, quizás en trabajo de campo como en Osatu (http://compartablog.blogspot.com/2010/09/compartiendo-sharing.html) , quizás colaborando con gente en nuestro barrio.

El estado de indignación me parece imprescindible. Porque la situación es crítica.

The 2010 report published by Human Rights Watch includes an overview of the different scenarios of no human rights in the world. I think it is a good starting point for our interest and to investigate the various conflicts. I am personally overflowed. I do not get to be aware of the magnitude of the situation. Millions, . Millions of women abducted, raped systematically. Millions of children forced to work, hungry. There are millions.
If you see any of these conflicts, you will realize that the pattern is very similar in mostof them. Dictator, social inequality, institutions ineffective, corrupt police, etc. .. In some cases,if any interesting raw material available, with a first world country by nurturing the economic elite, or keeping wars with the objective of achieving trade in that commodity.

It is heartbreaking. The question that comes to mind is always the same . What I can do? I think that on one side  interesting on learning what is going on by  Internet and on another, indignant! as our friend Stéphane Hessel(http://compartablog.blogspot.com/2011/02/indignez-vous.html).

I am convinced that these two steps put us in readiness to find ways to contribute.Perhaps collaborating with international organizations, perhaps in field work as Osatu(http://compartablog.blogspot.com/2010/09/compartiendo-sharing.html), perhapsworking with people in our neighborhood.

The state of indignation seems to me essential. Because the situation is critical.
